18 Hebron Way

A modern Class-A commercial office building, that includes underground parking and a parking structure, is fully leased by technology company Nasdaq Verafin. The building completed in 2015 is located in the Field Power Centre.

One of the most modern retirement living facilities in the country, Tiffany Village is a 10-storey retirement residence with 182 suites, offering a full breadth of services. Tiffany Village offers full meal services and a broad range of all-inclusive amenities as well as care services from respite through to all levels of assisted living. Tiffany Village is owned via a partnership, of which KMK holds the managing and operating portion. Through Perennial Management and Pinnacle Engineering, KMK also managed the construction of this project.
